Terms of Service

SmoothOperator-AI, LLC ("we", "us") provides an AI receptionist service that answers and screens calls to your business phone number, takes messages, books appointments when requested, and sends you a summary after each call.

Pricing depends on the plan you choose at signup, currently Essential ($97 one-time setup, $97 per month) or Pro ($297 one-time setup, $297 per month), billed in advance. Prices may change with 30 days' notice, which you can reject by cancelling before the new price takes effect.

There is no contract and no minimum term. Your subscription renews monthly and you can cancel at any time — the service runs until the end of the paid period and we don't bill you again.

You own your phone number. If we provisioned or ported a number on your behalf, we will release it back to you promptly when you cancel, so you can move it to any provider you like.

We work hard to answer every call well, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free transcriptions, or any particular business outcome — including the number of bookings or customers you may get.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is capped at the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business.

From time to time we may introduce you to third-party providers (for example, telephony, scheduling, or payment services). We may receive referral fees from those providers. You are never obligated to use them, and any relationship you enter with them is between you and that provider.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
